Agreement
These terms describe your use of Cineliora and should be read with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
The service
Cineliora provides AI video generation, scriptwriting, storyboards and private creative projects. Current video generation is 720p; intended 1080p and 4K outputs remain disabled and are AI-upscaled on the current model. Realistic motion, identity consistency, copyright protection and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and only use accounts you are authorised to access.
Credits
Video generation uses credits. Credits are reserved when a job starts and charged only if it succeeds; failed jobs release the reservation. A pending job may continue to hold credits until its outcome is recorded. Paid credit allowances, rollover and expiry terms are not currently offered.
Subscriptions and payments
Intended monthly plans are priced in USD. Live checkout, credit purchases and paid renewals are unavailable. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Your content
Only submit prompts and images you have the right to use and send for AI processing. Providing the service involves processing your inputs with AI providers and storing your projects and outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble existing material or fail to preserve a person's identity. Cineliora does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility or clearance for commercial use; check the rights relevant to your intended use.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reviewing AI output
Review generated videos, scripts and storyboards before using or publishing them. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice or as proof that a depicted event occurred.
Account deletion and enquiries
Automated account deletion is not available. General account enquiries can be submitted through Contact & support. Sending a message does not itself delete an account or cancel a subscription. See our Privacy Policy for current data handling and request limitations.
