Information we collect
We store account information such as email and display name, creative projects, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, scripts and storyboards, and generation and credit records. Contact messages include your name, email, selected topic and message. Security controls process technical information, including IP information for abuse prevention.
How information is used
Information is processed to authenticate accounts, provide AI creation tools, store and retrieve your work, track generation and credit use, prevent abuse and handle support enquiries. Billing records support account and payment administration; live payments are currently unavailable.
AI processing
The current video model is Google Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash, accessed through an AI gateway. Prompts and image data are sent to providers for generation; images may be transmitted as image data rather than only as links. AI scriptwriting, storyboards and prompt enhancement also send inputs for AI processing. Private storage does not prevent this transmission. Do not submit sensitive personal information or another person's image unless you have the necessary rights and permission.
Storage and access
Uploaded images and generated videos are stored privately under the account owner's access controls. Previews and downloads use time-limited links. Anyone with a valid shared link may be able to access its file until the link expires; treat these links as confidential. Authorised administrators can access support and account-management records for service administration.
Payments
Live payment collection is disabled and Cineliora does not currently collect full card numbers. No preferred payment provider should be understood as connected or approved.
Retention and international processing
Saved work and account records remain in the service unless removed through an available control or authorised process. Automated account deletion is not available. A complete retention schedule, processor inventory, processing locations and international-transfer safeguards have not yet been published; no fixed deletion deadline or local-only storage guarantee is made.
Your rights and contact
You may have rights to access, correct, object to processing of or request deletion of personal information under POPIA and other applicable laws, including GDPR where it applies. General enquiries can be sent through Contact & support; this is not a published Information Officer contact or a verified formal privacy-request process. Our registered business address, dedicated legal contact and Information Officer details are not yet published. This disclosure remains incomplete until those details and the request process are confirmed.
