Current payment status
Live subscription and credit purchases are unavailable. Cineliora is not currently offering paid checkout or processing customer cash refunds through a connected payment provider.
Generation credits
Credits are reserved for a generation and charged when it succeeds. Failed jobs release the reservation. Returned Cineliora credits are not a cash refund and do not establish reimbursement of provider charges.
Output quality
AI output can vary in motion, consistency and accuracy. A successfully completed generation uses credits even when the result differs from your expectations; a released failed-job reservation is distinct from a refund for output quality.
Monetary refunds and disputes
A commercial refund window, processing time and payment-dispute procedure are not currently offered. No automatic refund, credit reversal or access restriction for a payment dispute is promised. This page does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Refund and dispute terms must be published before paid purchases become available.
