Not allowed
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content involving real people without consent.
- Deceptive impersonation of real people, including political deepfakes.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, harassment or hate.
- Infringing other people's copyright, trademarks or likeness rights.
- Uploading images you don't have the right to use.
- Attempts to abuse, overload or bypass limits of the service.
Model safety filters
Our AI providers may refuse prompts or images. Failed generation jobs release reserved Cineliora credits. Provider usage charges are separate; a returned credit reservation is not a monetary refund.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy. A dedicated appeal process has not yet been published; account concerns can be submitted through Contact & support.
Reporting
Report suspected misuse through Contact & support. Include enough information to identify the concern without sharing passwords, private download links or sensitive personal information.
